How do I return an item?

If  you want to return or exchange an item I will gladly accept the item back for a full refund, excluding shipping, or give you store credit.

- Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order.

- To start a return, email us at info@bohozena.com with return request, Items shipped to  us without  requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Items returned must be sent in the original or comparable packaging 

- Regular & Sale merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit.

- Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, once approved amount would be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?

Yes, completely safe. Our Storefront is powered by Shopify and the website is secured using an SSL Digital Certificate. 

 All items listed are made to order. Our production process includes printing and the shipping . Production and  shipping turn around time is between 3-5 business days.
